Newly diagnosed with elevated cholesterol and need to keep track of sat. fats and the ingredients list re: hydrogenated oils. Can the sat fat #s be added to your recipes? I’m a very healthy 81 and usually eat organic, locally grown etc. and now find some of my favorite foods are really high in sat fat and are made with hydro oils!
Hi, Octobermoon. We are currently working on adding that information. In the meantime, I can assure you that the recipes are very low in harmful saturated fats and have basically no hydrogenated oils. This program was designed for people just like you. No worries.
