rfrkMemberI am just starting and am overwhelmed with the amount of food I have to eat. It seems like a full time job just figuring out what and when to eat…any suggestions to make it less intimidating and more user friendly so I stick with it!

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Robin. Just ease into it – don’t try to make all the changes at once. Start with eating when you’re hungry, and eventually find your rhythm. If it continues to feel like too much food, you can cut back on fats and starches, if you wish.

MaybabeMemberYou are not alone, robin.I am going through the same thing, but am learning that this program is not something you can just jump right into. It seems like so much food, and you have to plan, plan, plan. It seems all I think about is my next meal! But, I am having fun. Some of the recipes are quite yummy, and I am discovering some of my own recipes are allowed in this program. So I think it will be very rewarding to stick with it until it becomes easier.

DebiRParticipantJust beginning here! Looks like something I will be able to succeed with….. which is great! I love the menu planner capabilities, already! Slow and steady…. I hope to lose 35 lbs… I would be so happy with that outcome!
