I noticed, you (this website) have many recipes, what is the procedure to add some of these recipes to my menu plan?
When you create your menu planner several of the recipes are in the list. (The ones created by Trim Down Club). You can also keep track of the ingredients and then use the exchange list to help you figure out how it counts for your daily intake.
Good Morning Chatter8ug,
thank you for your response, I did noticed some of the recipes are available to select in “selecting your foods” phase, however I did not see the means of incorporating all the other recipes available from menu “recipes” into my meal plan.
And if I the only way to bring those in is to calculate recommended intake and then retype them if fits, then count me out.
The best thing about the TDC approach is simple, flexible and vast (use, substitutes and selections).
