BonnieServaisMemberI just joined and did not eat everything on the menu today. I feel as if I will gain if I do. I am trying to lose 30 pounds by November and doing water aerobics 6 plus hours a week. Any advice?

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, all, and welcome. The distribution of food throughout the day is intended to keep your metabolism up and prevent hunger. This program is very different from deprivation diets, and if you have been on the latter before, it may take some getting used to. Your body also may take a little while to adjust as well. Note that the amount looks high, but is far less dense than what may have allowed the initial weight gain. I would caution cutting back too much, as it may result in further slowing of your metabolism.
If you are still uncomfortable and/or finding yourself not progressing within the next several weeks, please do repost, and I would be happy to troubleshoot with you. - AuthorPosts
