I looked over all the recipes and noticed that there are none for beef or pork. Yet my weekly menu a couple of times is suggesting pork tenderloin for dinner. Am I just not looking in the right place?
Hi, 3mmaes. There are actually quite a few beef and pork recipes in the collection. When you enter the Recipes section, type “beef” or “pork” in the search box, and related recipes will pop up. With regard to pork tenderloin, that is not a recipe, but rather a lean cut of pork for which to search at the grocery store. If you would like a recipe, just substitute pork tenderloin for beef in our ‘Spring Tenderloin’ recipe (http://www.trimdownclub.com/recipe/spring-tenderloin/).
