    I find the amount of food on my menus toomuch for me. Is it important to eat it all or can I choose what I do not eat

    Hi, GermanHeike. You can cut back a little, but do be sure to get in a total of at least 5 servings of fruits+vegetables and three servings of calcium-rich foods each day.
