MemberHelp, I need help sorting out the times that I should eat. My work hrs are early. But
they are the same every week that is a plus. I work Sat. midnight to 8:30am Sunday. Monday to Thur. 5 am to 1:30
I wake up at 3am. At 3:30am I eat a banana with peanut butter. Then at 7:30am I have my lunch. about 11am I have a snack or another banana. Then I don’t eat again until. Get home anywhere from 2-3am. Then I eat another meal. Between 5-7pm I go to bed. On Fridays I do get up about 6am and eat breakfast and Sat. I get up about the same time. But I usually take naps between 10am-noon. If I don’t take naps I have to eat before 2 or 3 because I am thinking about going to bed I sleep until 9pm. I may eat a little something before I go to work at midnight. Then I take my lunch at 2am. Then a little snack at 5am. Then when I come home Sunday morning I eat a breakfast. I take a nap between 11am to 3pm then get up eat something and go to bed around 6 or 7 pm. So, I try to make it count when I do eat.
Thank you for any information you can give. I am new to this club and I am trying to use its tools to help me with my situation. If there is any where I can do better in my times when I eat I please help. I do try to fit in exercise and clean house on my day off. I do walk continually at work and bend. Total amount on the computer 15 mins. to 2 hrs. max. for a day. It is not hard work. Sometimes I just need to take a nap when I get home after I eat. Because I walk so much and bendingMay 13, 2014 at 11:09 pm #20187Ossie-Sharon
MemberHi, Sperzle. From what you described, it sounds fine. How long have you been eating and working out like that?

MemberHi, Sperzle. It looks like you’re doing great! Eventually, you may get used to the eating and work schedule, and it will become second nature. If not, please do repost, and we can troublshoot together.
