    I have leg cramps at nite, have been told bananas will help, but they are not on my diet. Any advice?

    Hi, Ruby. Go ahead and swap in half a banana for a fruit on your menu – that’s fine. Other good sources of minerals that help against leg cramps (potassium and magnesium) include deep green leafy vegetables and bright orange fruits and vegetables.
