Hi there I am on day and I feel Like I learned a lot. My problem is the meal plan I work on the road and can not always prep for lunch any ideas. I tend to just grab a chicken whole wheat wrap from Tim hortons they are small and have lettuce and tomato no sauce.
I just discoverer the fact I can change and alter foods on my menu, this should help
One other thing I discovered is this weekend I will plan and cook all my meals for next week that should make it easier.
I also find this is a lot of food, but I am going with it.
I was on Dr B and starving but lost all my weight,but of course soon as I started eating I started gaining.

Hi, teemac. It sounds like you’re on the right track! Tim Horton’s Chicken Salad Wrap is excellent, especially if you get the whole wheat option. Just a note – if you are getting the “Snackers,” it is very light for a whole lunch – two would meet your needs at your current weight. As you lose weight, you can back off a little.
