How could this fit into the menu Ossie? I used to use it instead of cream for a fettuccine sauce and I love it in my coffee. The can says 1tbsp = 1g fat, .5 sat. fat, sodium 15mg, cholesterol 5mg, carbs 2g, sugar 1g and protein 1g.
Hi, Kate. Each 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) = 1/2 carb + 1/2 protein exchange.
Thx Ossie, that’s not bad at all. 😛
