Hello all!!! I am SOOOO excited to start this program. I have been walking 3 – 4 miles a day for the past 3 years… in the first year, I lost 35 lbs. nice and slowly. I kept it off the first 2 years, but this last year, while continuing my walking, my weight is creeping back up again and I’ve gained back 10 lbs. Yes, I have more muscle in my legs, so I’m sure that’s part of it…..but unfortunately, that ain’t all it is! The rest of my body is still jiggly and I’m definately putting fat back on around the belly. I have been VERY frustrated because my history for the past 43 years has been a total yoyo of losing, gaining, losing, gaining…. This time I want different! I walk my butt off 6 days a week and I already eat a gluten-free, diary-free, organic healthy diet. But as I’m learning, I guess I need to start varying my exercise and start working different muscle groups each day… and I definately don’t eat the right foods together and the right amounts, and not enough protein. So, I’m really excited to get going with this, not so much to lose weight, but more to change my eating habits along with exercise habits in hopes of transforming fat into muscle to build a lean, tone, healthy body. That’s my goal and I know I have finally found the right place to help me get there. What I’m totally excited about is that this program builds menus for me based on my dietary restrictions and WHAT I LIKE TO EAT! How cool is that!?

    One day at a time…….

I am also new to this program and I already like it. If you still have a problem losing with this program, you might want to have your thyroid checked..I was always able to lose weight until a few years’ ago. After trying everything, I found out my T3 reverse was out of range…Good luck

I’m also trying to change my eating habits. I love healthy foods and manage to keep positive and fit for weeks at a time, but suddenly when I feel stressed or tired, I start to eat unhealthy foods (usually sweet things – my partner adores anything sweet and has too many fruit and fizzy drinks around as well as ice creams – at least he has stopped buying so many sweets and chocolates – or keeps them hidden from me. Sometimes I think I would be thin if he were not around!) So this is my chance to finally get to grips with me and stop blaming other people, maybe encourage him to reduce his dependence on sugar too. I lost around 20 pounds last year and need to lost at least another 10 but instead have gained 4 or 5 in the last few months. Joined Trim Down Club because I realise that we all need a support network sometimes!

I randomly came upon this program while looking up something else entirely. It was like it was talking right to me. I decided to join because I didn’t realize just how important food selections together are. I start on monday of next week because I work the weekends and want to start fresh. But I’ll tell you after getting my meal plan ready on the site I thought to myself how am I going to eat all of this food? Anyone else feel this way?

If you cannot get it all in , this is how I started out. I put it on a plate and ate in a circle until I could eat no more. Just remember. When you eat it all you lose faster. Remember the is balanced for your weight ,height, and physical needs. As a lifestyle plan it is teaching you to eat healthy and not put your body in starvation mode.

Looking forward to this life long journey. I feel like finally doing something for me. This eating plan is kind of what I have been coming to realize over the years by taking certain information from different books I have read, but now I have all the information and support to carry it through.

Hi All, I’m a very confused new member, I’m only into day two and frustrated with the layout of the website. I don’t find it easy to navigate at all.
If anyone has any good tips please pass then on.
    Thanks

I’m with you it is very hard to follow I don’t even know where to put in my weight & height, very confusing, or how to get a meal planner, I think for first time users it could be set out in a more simple format.

I joined a few days ago, but am starting tomorrow (Monday) in order to make a fresh start. I’m also finding the website difficult to follow. The menu looks OK. Someone said it looks like a lot, but we’ve all tried to ‘diet’ before ie eating too little and that obviously doesn’t work, so I’m hoping this is sustainable.

I also joined a few days ago and starting my new adventure on Monday. But confused on how the website works. Are the sample menus where I begin? Tell me how to navigate please, I am lost.
