I’m in my first week of this, and am a bit overwhelmed. I certainly need to eat a healthier diet, but I’m not much of a cook, and I can’t find many of the foods you folks recommend. For instance, I have no idea where to find SWG bread. I live in a smallish town on the Oregon coast, and have 2 stores to shop at….I also live alone, so it’s difficult to see how I can easily prepare all these small portions every day.
I must admit, I’m not good at being told what to do or how to live, so this will be a rather daunting challenge. I am beginning this by eating more “good” foods, and less “bad” foods, but this process will take a while.
It will take a bit of getting outside my comfort zone for me to become involved with a weight loss community or reporting my weekly weight- I’m not that social with people I don’t know…
I’m working on these things
Thanks, Dan
Hi, Dan, an welcome! How are you getting along? You are absolutely correct in your approach of just doing the best you can, and finding your own path so that it becomes second nature.
