photo4naticMemberQuick question…. In my meal planner, if I would rather have, say, Wednesday’s breakfast on Monday, can I swap out and eat Wednesday’s breakfast with the rest of Monday’s meals??? Or do the meals for each day HAVE to be eaten together the way they’re planned because of the nutrient content or other reasons? Does that make sense? Thanks!

chatter8ugMemberAs long as they have the same value your ok. I use the exchange mode for the menu planner (one of the buttons on the top)to see what I get for the day and then use the exchange list to help me choose other options.

AnnaHMemberPhoto4natic you can just switch around meals. So in your example you’d have Wednesday’s breakfast on Monday and Monday’s breakfast on Wednesday. Doing it that way you wouldn’t have to worry about the exchange values because you’d be eating the same as your menu over the week just moved around a bit.
