Hi, I am on my third day. I’m doing good so far but my husband is not ready to be faithful to it just yet. He comes home from work and he is hungry because he does work hard. So he grabs a bag of grapes, and/or half a block of cheese and crackers. I can see that I am going to need to put my portions in a snack bag. Also I cut up a honey dew melon on the first day but I won’t need it again until the 6th day and I’m afraid it will get mushy. I think that I should have cut one slice at a time instead of peeling the whole melon. I bought a cantelope for the 4th day, but I have all this honey dew…and the grandkids didn’t come over this week.

Hi zitab, I have also thought of this while I was looking over my menu plan. It is a little more costly but you can buy the fruit already chopped up and get just what you need. It does save money in the long run: your not throwing food away.

Hi, Zitab. You can also cut up the honeydew and freeze it spread out on a cookie sheet. One the chunks are frozen, you can put them in more convenient single-serve containers.

Hi, Muscat. Of course! Have it more than once a day, if you wish. That sounds great 🙂
