My husband cme walking in with three jars of sugar free imitation honey. Ingredients maltitol syrup.natural acisand artificial flavor, acesulfatme K, and malic acid. It is endorsed by the diabetic research organization. It has 17 g of carbs, 12 maltitol,2 g of sorbitol and 3 g of higher polyols 50 calories per Tablespoon. IS THIS ALLOWABLE ON OUR PLAN AND IF SO HOW WOULD WE COUNT IT ? Thanks, It’s delicious.
