    I’ve been on the life changing food change and I like it. It can be a bit crazy putting the right food together and trying to get the right snacks while I’m working, but so far so good. Will try it again next week and make sure I don’t put tuna down for breakfast. Ugh!!

    Hello Kaye,

    Just multiply the number of stones by 14 (the number of pounds in a stone). So 13 stone is 182lbs. A calculator comes in very handy for this!
