    Hi ! I just joined and have ticked the boxes for vegetarian and dairy free menus, but I only have access to meat and dairy inclusive menus. Help please?

    Hi, Specialkfraser. It appears you may have downloaded the readymade menus. If you use the Menu Planner, you will be able to get something appropriate. If you are not ready to use the application, please repost, and I will send you a ready-made 14-day vegan menu.
