  1. I just got all the information to start. I am a southern girl addicted to sugar and sweet tea.I have tried all the sweetners on the market that are allowed , my cupboards are full of them. I can not stand the after taste.I just found organic amber agave. I love it. I can’t hardley tell the difference in it from sugar. Please tell me it is ok to use it.

  2. Just ordered tonight. Going to try this with what I have. Almond milk instead of cows, and unsweet coconut instead of coconut sugar. I’m pretty sure I have chia seeds. Wish me luck!! I am excited about this plan. Tomorrow I print and buy all I need for the week. My weight and unhealthy lifestyle has gotten out of control!
