eat2loseMemberI just joined the Trim Down Club. On my profile I stated I was gluten and dairy free. I went to the first week of recipes. They are definitely not gluten and dairy free suggestions. Bummer. How do I obtain menus with these adjustments?

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, eat2lose. Your restrictions apply to the menus you get from the Menu Planner application, not the ready-made ones. We have ready-made 14-day plans for gluten-free and for vegan, but not specific combinations. If you would like assistance with the application beyond the instructional video in the link, please do take advantage of tech support (available through the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of every webpage) or respost here.

Brenda48MemberMy son is gluten intolerant and whenever I eat the bread he has I do not get bloated! Is it ok to eat gluten free foods that seem to agree with me even though I am not ” officially” gluten intolerant!

KieyaMemberIs there a recipe section for gluten free, dairy free. I got the menu planner but would like recipes that I do not have to constantly tweak to get my nutritional restrictions met.

SupportKeymasterTo find the Express Meal Plans for 14 Days, follow these steps:
1. Login to http://www.trimdownclub.com
2. On the top of the homepage, click My Downloads
3. Under the Trim Down Club Program, click Start Now
4. Scroll down to Simple Express 14-Day Meal Plan, and you can choose the basic 14 Days Express Meal Plan by clicking on Download Now
5. Or you can choose a version of the plan tailored for specific needs, such as: Vegetarian (V), Non Dairy (ND), Gluten Free (GF), Low Cholesterol (LC), Low Sugar (LS) by clicking on the circular icons - AuthorPosts
