    they’ll get it fixed. i had a problem with weekly rotations and had to find the right “button” to do that.

    Ive done many diets, all different…with this diet, is there a time that you eat

    Hi, kballhsd. We recommend that you have breakast when you first rise in the morning, then every 2-3 hours after that. It is best if you eat the most when you are most active, and try to keep consistent times each day (e.g., 12 noon or 1 pm for lunch, etc.).
