Hello. I’ve joined on my birthday today (a birthday present) as I like the look of your diet plan. I’ve created a weekly menu planner and although I may not be able to stick exactly to it I feel that I can create my own meals using your suggestions and advice. I was really impressed to see how my daily menu’s rated; however, it would have been really interesting to see how what I recorded as “actually ate on the date” had rated.
I’m looking forward to exploring the site and learning how I can improve my diet and well being.
