Substituting items

    Just started the program., I am not a vegetarian but only eat fish and sometimes chicken. If I follow the 1st week and substitute some items I dislike but stay with a carb and protein will I get the same results. I am diabetic so eating 6 small meals a day is perfect for me., I can’t wait for the week weigh in.

    I just started the program as well and have the same question about substituting. For example, can you substitute the types of nuts that listed for the snacks with a different type of nut? Instead of pecans can I have almonds?

    I also want to know about acceptable drinks. Coffee? Tea? Crystal Light?
