I’m new! When the menu says pasta, what kind of pasta should I be preparing? Whole grain?
Hi, Amy Munn, and welcome! Yes – you got it: whole grain is best. If you find you are sensitive to the taste and texture, perhaps start with brown rice pasta, then make half-and-half (with white) and gradually work up to 100% whole grain.
I’ve always bought regular pasta. Until i joined this site. I bought some whole grain pasta & loved it! I mix it with a little garlic salt, spinach and about 1 oz (Per 2oz serving of pasta) of brick cheese. SO good.
