I just started this diet which sounds good but I just remove all grains three weeks ago from my diet and I feel great this diet wants me to put back in. Can a diet be adjusted when you are allergic
Hi, pwagner. Congratulations for finding something that makes you feel healthy! No pressure to add the grains back in. Do you eat legumes, nuts, and seeds? If so, you can select grain products as place-savers in your menu, but eat legumes and their products (which you can select at lunch and dinner), as well as nut- and seed-based grain-free baked goods instead. You can also swap grains out for fruits and vegetables.
