I’m new, just started this week. I like to have a glass of wine with dinner or just a social drink. What are the views on this.
Hi, DPeters. That’s fine. The Menu Planner actually has wine in the lists – under Fats – Beverages. The recommended portion size is 4 fluid ounces or 120 ml.
Is it better to drink red or white wine?
