I don’t like yogurt, cheese( unless it’s brick and cooked), so what can I substitute for these items when they are listed in the meals?
Hi, McKenzieChloe. You can use regular milk instead of yogurt, and the cheese you like for what you don’t like – just note that brick cheese is higher in fat, so the portion size would be one ounce (30 grams) for every 1/4 cup (60 grams) of a white cheese.
