Please tell me what is a cup size. I’m a new member and want to follow correct portion sizes for best weight loss.
Hi, Heulwen. One cup is 8 fluid ounces or 240 ml. If you are talking about solid foods, then weights will vary.
Thank you for your reply. It helps with fluids, but how do I measure 1cup of cereal and 1/2 cup of raisins? Do I measure it in the same fluid container?
Hi – yes, same cup to measure anything that has a cup or fraction thereof.
