The first week was great! But then week 2 had goat cheese and spelt bread and organic foods that I don’t normally buy. I’m not wanting to change my shopping habits drastically. I grow a lot of my own food and would like to pick the foods I normally have on hand. Is there a way I can do what I did before and pick my foods per week?
Hi, timc1956. No need to do anything drastic. Just swap in items that are more familiar, but do your best to avoid refined and processed items. If you grow your own food, you are already light-years ahead of the game – do continue 🙂
