    Many of the meals in the 21 day plan I see include lots of fresh fruit. However I am unable to eat fresh fruit apart from bananas and berries. Should I omit, replace with a fruit I can tolerate, or is it ok to use cooked versions of these fruits as I can eat them?

    Hi, Ruth. Whatever makes you comfortable 🙂 You can even substitute vegetables if you wish (cooked is OK, too).
