I would like advice what to eat between meals for snacks. I train weights 5 times a week and run so I would like protein in between meals.
Hi, Alisha. In the Menu Planner application (in “Apps” above), click on the protein icon above the food lists, then see the various items in different food groups. The menus generated by the application always feature protein in the snacks, but you can also choose for yourself – popular easy items include yogurt, nuts, seeds, and milk as a beverage.
