Hi,
I am new love the whole ethos . My only draw back is how do you implement the six meals? If you work nights. I would appreciate some advice as I am unsure how to draw up my planner
Thanks
Hi, Morrall41. Just reassign the times of the meals to your waking hours – for example, have breakfast when you wake up to start your worknight, lunch in the middle of your shift, and dinner when you get home in the morning, with the snacks in-between. If eating the snacks is challenging given the structure of your job, you can just make hearty shakes or soups and take them with you in thermoses. We have many recipes on this site.
