DeborahjjhayesMemberhttp://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists/ This is an invaluable list. I printed mine out and keep it by my chair. It is the exchange li sts/subsitutions list …whatever you want to call it!!
You can look it up on this. Maybe this will help.

Ossie-SharonMemberThanks, Debbie, and hi fredegonde. Water is, of course, the best way to hydrate, but you can definitely infuse it with fruit (i.e. berries) or flavor it with lemon or lime juice, sweetened with a natural non-caloric or low-calorie sweetener (such as monk fruit, xylitol, or Stevia). Red tea and herbal “teas” are also good for hydration. We do encourage green and white teas, but they are less hydrating because of the caffeine content; coffee and red wine (in moderation)are also fine, but again, they are not hydrating.

newrebeccaMemberThanks, I just started today and couldn’t find any info on beverages. Week 1 doesn’t mention beverages or exchange lists. It would also be helpful to have a search on topics in the community section. I scrolled through to find this one. Thanks!
