I eat Activia light with 1/2 cup of grape nut flakes every morning for breakfast.
Is this good for this program?
Hi cathrynehoward
Most of the light yoghurts have excess sugar in them or aspartame. My understanding is that it’s better to buy plain yoghurt 0 – 2% and add your own fruit topped with a little stevia which this site recommends as a sweetener.
They is an exchange list but I haven’t got the link, hopefully some kind person will pass it on to you. Hope this helps.
Thanks, Dianna. Yes, Cathryn, your breakfast is excellent, but do be on the lookout for anything artificial or high-sugar.
