Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond milk, unsweetend
 - ½ cup Old Fashion Oats
 - ¼ cup Organic protein powder, hexane-free
 - 2 Tbsp Lecithin granules
 - 1 tsp Ground flax seed
 - 1 Tbsp Organic honey
 - ½ tsp Cinnamon
 - 1 tsp Organic greens powder
 - ½ cup Ice
 - ¾ cup Fruit, fresh or frozen
 
Directions
Mix all ingredients well in a blender.
When I have this for breakfast (most days) it keeps me full for 4-5 hours.
