Where does one find flours made with SWG? I have a bread maker and would like to make my own breads again, but have no idea where to shop for these ingredients. Also, can something be substituted for coconut sugar? I am allergic to coconuts.
Hi, Sherry Moyer. SWG flours are available online. I don’t know where you live, but you can find sources here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/shopping-links-for-healthy-foods. Other ingredients can be found at health-oriented shops, such as Whole Foods Market, and online at Amazon.
Coconut sugar can be replaced with evaporated whole cane juice or yacon syrup.
