One more question, I’m used to using Pam spray in my fry pans, and is Canola oil OK for baking (if I’m making for a dish to pass sort of thing). Should I use EVOO (olive oil) in a sprayer for my pans, what should I use for baking, cooking besides butter – extra virgin coconut oil, canola oil? What’s the most healthful way to go with these fats?
All of those alternatives to Pam are excellent.
