Into my fourth week. Thought I was doing really well only to find that at the end of week 3 I gained a half a kilo. Hadn’t changed anything from previous weeks. I’m hoping that it is only a slight setback as I do fall into bad habits quite easily.
I am in my 4th weepleasek and haven’t lost weight. Moreover I am sufferinh from constipation even though I am eating at least 4 vegetables and 3 fruits with skin/day. Could anyone comment on this
Hi, you could try miralax to a morning drink or add flax seed to your cereal or yogurt. I assume you are drinking 5-6 bottles of water a day. Heated prune juice can help. Hope these help.
