How do I do this on a college student’s minimum-wage pay?
Hi, Kyroeli000. As long as you choose unrefined and minimally processed foods with as many fruits and vegetables as possible, you’ll be fine. This is especially true if you have some time to cook, as the cheapest whole foods require this (though there are short cuts, such as leaving dried beans to soak throughout the day, which cuts the cooking time way down, or cooking ahead on the weekends and freezing meals).
You are welcome to describe what you like to eat, and I’ll add some suggestions.
