    I’m not sure which size loaf to use we have two sizes in UK 400 and 800 grams this can make a big difference when choosing 1 or 2 slices.
    What is the serving size of bread on trim down club?

    Hi, Diannasmith. Up to 28 grams is fine. Store-bought bread slices are pretty universal all over the western world.

    Thanks Ossie-Sharon my slices of spelt bread have been 37 grams so will watch in future.
