I’d like to ask the dietician: What’s the scoop on juicing. I’ve heard it’s really great for you and I’ve tried it at the health food store and I bought a brand called “Naked” that’s 100% juice. Is it beneficial or economical to drink your fruits and veggies sometimes or is it a waste of time and money. Can juicing be part of the day’s food intake or should is only be done as a “juice fast” (I just watched the documentary, “Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead” that really touts the benefits of juicing esp. for weight loss. Confused again.
