MemberI’ve finally found a diet that works for me!!! YIPPEEE!!! I’ve only been on it for a little over a week and already have lost 5 lbs. I can actually see the difference!! Thank you so much for this diet!!!

MemberI just joined and I do have a question. Do you have to follow the meal plan TO THE “T” in order to lose weight? What if you do not have the finances to purchase all items on the listed menus? And – do you need to eat the snacks even if you do not feel hungry?

MemberHi, DreamLife. No, of course not. Just do the best you can, and just simple upgrades can make a big difference (i.e., whole grain products instead of refined white). If you don’t feel hungry, that’s great! You don’t have to push yourself, but do be sure to get all your fruit/vegetable services and calcium-rich foods – you can push them to other meals.
