OK so I like a glass of white wine or two on an evening and am very reluctant to give this up but I am aware that I have started getting a bit of a beer belly. Any advice? Does wine make you put weight on?
Hi, Helenh944. It is all a matter of portions, and this program does allow for it – though generally one glass at a time. If you are using the Menu Planner application, you will find wine in the “Fats” category (under Beverages), because that’s how the body uses it.
