flip623MemberI am a truck driver and am away from any ability to prepare main meals. I have a small refrigerator and can keep some items. If you can help me you can help an entire industry that is ignored nutrionally by the experts.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, flip623. For the times you are away from home, it may be easiest to think outside of the box a little when it comes to meals. For example, most people think of nuts and seeds as snack foods, but thy are so dense that a little can be a major part of a hearty meal on the go. Other options include sandwiches, yogurt, fruits and vegetables (dried if you have to), lots of bottled water, whole grain crackers and cheese, canned fish (in water or tomato sauce for the maximum benefit), and canned beans. Without knowing what you like to eat I’m shooting in the dark a little. What types of foods do you like?

jmprincewell127MemberI was doing so well until I had to leave home for a trip. I am at hotels with not so many good options. I feel a if I am missing days of good eating and losing them forever. I want to put my week 2 on hold and go back and start week one again. Is it possible to do that? Or should I just fast forward and forget the beginning embracing the week I am technically in?

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, jmprince. Absolutely! Repeat any week as much as you need. Easy does it.
