Just starting Week 4 of the Program, and lost 1lb after 2 weeks, then gained it back over Week 3! Stuck to the plan really well… so I’m puzzled and disappointed. Any advice, suggestions?
Hi, Sue. If you have been on restrictive diets in the past, this may just be your body adjusting to eating normal amounts of food. If you want to speed up the adjustment process, we suggest to make some changes to your physical activity – such as different exercises to wake up new muscles, or adding some light weight training and/or short bursts of intense exercise here and there throughout a regular working (i.e. jogging for 30 seconds every 5 minutes during a walk).
