    Ok that’s it. This thing has slid into OCD. I can’t get anything usable out of it, can’t even get one days menu that is edible. I have spent the last 5 days compulsively inputting choices & getting ridiculous & unworkable things back. To answer some of the suggestions I have received: if I am going to hack up a ribeye into 3 oz portions in order to cook it, why the hell am I buying ribeye? Just put slab of beef on the menu & be done with it, it is all going to cook tough & inedible anyway unless you throw a sauce on it. Guess what…..no sauces listed. But guess what? go back and eliminate everything but hamburger & ground pork & you don’t have enough protein choices. I don’t like eating all that fruit. There are only so many times I want to face peaches, nectarines & cantaloupe in a day, and those are what is available to me fresh. Never thought I’d get sick of peaches. Tried inputting dried fruit (since I have apples & pears I made last year on hand) & guess what…not there. Doesn’t pull up with any combination of words I could come up with. You know somebody who is going to eat canned tuna for a bed time snack, more power to them, ain’t going to be me. I do not want to be patted on the head & told everybody has a few problems. If it was a FEW problems I should be able to get @ least 1 damn day of menus. I don’t mind some monotony as long as I see progress. And before you pat yourselves on the head about computer illiterate, I used to make my living on these things. The site is very difficult the menus restricted to what you think we should eat, not what we do eat (and do tell me how soy & rice milk qualify as non-processed foods). I do not intend to go vegan in this lifetime so why must I look through vegan choices every time I want to change a food, why don’t I see the food I told you I would eat, and why do I have to go back to the lists to constantly add more food? I have restricted access to a lot of stuff if I don’t want to eat stuff picked weeks ago…WORK WITH IT…….I CANNOT CONTINUE TO SPEND THIS MUCH TIME & FOR NO GAIN. this whole site has turned into a bloody nightmare. I can’t allow myself to continue this compulsive behavior if I don’t want to end up with major migraines (one of which I am acquiring now). I want my money back & I want you to cut off access to the site. Send my confirmation to my email..you have it there somewhere. Probably find it easier than I could find fried egg on the menu this morning. Talk about a depressing influence on dietary habits…this thing has made me feel like a complete fool. I thought I knew better than to be scammed like this.

    I have been doing this for 9 1/2 months, lost weight and feel great! I really think this site is having troubles at present! If you could step back and get the concept of reading labels and putting your plate together with a slow carb, fast carb then a protein! Watch the portion size! At snack time I try to eat a piece of fruit and a protein! I have to keep this simple or I won’t do it!! I’ll have a whole grain cracker with some hummus for a snack! So sorry this has given you a migraine I really don’t think they meant too!! I hope this helps! I’ve gotten so much energy by reading labels and giving up the additives in most foods! Eating more often and less at each time has work beautiful!!! I’m in only one group successful beginnings! I did not even want to complicate with more groups!!! I happened to see this and wanted to see if I could help! If you decide to give up, it’s OK!! Best wishes Bonita from MS, USA!!!!

    I was very confused in the beginning, but I made some friends on here the were very helpful, I just ask questions and I get answers , please try that before you quit, I was going to the same thing in the beginning , please keep trying for just a bit longer

    I also was having trouble with the menu planner and getting meals to be a suitable mixture of meat/pasta/veggie. I was on this computer for hours every day trying to figure it all out. I finally went back to the menu planner and read everything on those links it had listed. That helped me a lot. Also if you find the FAQ link, there are a lot of questions and answers there for navigating the site and for other links to help us. LOL..sorry, but I can’t remember where I found the FAQ link right now, but if you worked with computers/websites in the past, I am sure you can find it. This is not a scam…the web site is “different” for sure. I also worked with many types of computer programs, most were easier to maneuver. Once you get it, you will be OK. Go back and read EVERY one of the links at the beginning…it will help! It sure helped me. I was ready to throw in the towel last week. Now I am so glad I didn’t.
