I have just been eating 1 item for each meal mayde that is way on my second week I have not lost any more ?????
Can you clarify “1 item for each meal”? Do you mean you are selecting one item from the list of foods for each meal in your personalized menu and only eating that? If so, that is indeed too little food and could result in later rebound weight gain. To get your metabolism back, eat all the foods (or alternatives from the same food groups) and try to get at least 20 minutes of aerobic exercise (i.e. walking) each day.
Sorry I am just getting back to you. I have been working out of town. Yes that is all I have been eating. That seem like soooo much food to me! Thank you for getting back to me!
