My husband and I eat pretty healthy. All organics and watch closely. I have been on the program for 2 wks and have only lost 2 lbs. I feel better, but am a little discouraged. I believe the plan is good. A lot of food, maybe too much for me. Should I cut everything in half and just eat half the portions. Will that make a difference. I am not hungry and doing well otherwise. Help!!!
Hi, Nanpierce. 2 lbs in 2 weeks is excellent! This program is designed for slow loss, which increases your chance of keeping the weight off for good. I’m glad you are feeling better – that’s really the bottom line – and great that you’re not hungry. It looks like you are right on track :).
I am new to this too. I have come to the conclusion that, Yes, I want to lose weight, However, since I am no longer suffering from the gut problems I have had since I started my periods at age 11 it is totally worth it! (I am now 72)
