I’m new to this and am still in the switch-over stage. So what sugar (or sugar substitute) should I switch to? One that won’t “mess-up” my blood sugar?
Hi river dipper I’ve heard mention Stevia and monk fruit as being suitable hope this helps
Xylitol. Its more natural than Stevia. I’ve heard Monk being the best, but it’s not easy to find.
Enough xylitol may cause diarrhea.

The above suggestions from other Clubmembers are great, and it is indeed best if you don’t overdo any of them.
