Hello All, I\’m a newbie….excited about starting. Love the menu planner and have worked through it for this weeks planning.
I do not see organic oat bran in the menu options, is it totally forbidden?
My menu health level is 82%, before I start tomorrow should I strive for a higher percent?
Hi, tam179, and welcome! We don’t have any food fractions in the menu (such as bran, protein, etc.) other than cooking/dressing oils. I suggest to select “wheat germ” for your menu, then swap in the oat bran.
