What I am after is a list of what and how much to eat so that I can work out my own menu, I work nights so a set menu is not going to be any good to me, if this can’t be done then it’s pointless me belonging to club. Set menus do not work for my working pattern
Or can I substitute foods for others if so how do I go about doing so, I am worried I may not be eating right balance would appreciate any help from more experienced dieters
